Union Connections for Jobs

Many of Vigor’s companies take referrals from local unions. If you are a skilled trades person, and already a member of a union, we recommend you check this list to see if we are aligned with your respective union. If you are interested in joining a union, please review and contact the union that is most closely related to your trade expertise, and call the representative to learn more about membership.

Vigor owns several businesses, some are union and some are non-union. This page only references the union companies and their respective cities.

It is common that some union affiliated jobs are not posted on our website; union members may have the ability to apply online through a special link provided by those specific unions.

We are here to assist you. If you have a disability that prevents you from successfully demonstrating your qualifications during any step in the hiring process, you may request a reasonable accommodation. If you are interested in applying for employment and require special accommodation to submit an application please call (877) 778-8421 and follow the directions to leave a detailed message.

You may also choose to send an email requesting an accommodation to Accommodation@vigor.net. Someone will attend to your request within two business days.
When contacting Vigor, please provide contact information and state the nature of your accessibility issue. We respond to inquiries concerning requests for reasonable accommodation only.

If you have questions regarding the application process at Vigor Industrial you can refer to our FAQs.

Vigor and its wholly owned subsidiaries embrace and celebrate diversity and provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veterans, age, disability or genetics.
